Senior Software Engineer

We're seeking a skilled software engineer with experience in scalable back-end development to help scale our infrastructure and data services.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying microservices using container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, optimizing graph database queries and models in Neo4j, and building high-performance AI agents.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain well-documented APIs, participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning, and contribute to CI/CD workflows in a cloud-native environment.
- Design and deploy microservices using container orchestration tools
- Optimize graph database queries and models
- Build high-performance back-end services
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of back-end development experience working at a product-based company
- Strong hands-on experience with Go and Python programming languages
- Experience with databases as a programmer, i.e., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL
- Proficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with React.js or frontend collaboration
- Experience with CI/CD & GCP
This role requires 5+ years of experience working with SaaS products.
