Talent Sourcing Expert Wanted

We're on the hunt for a seasoned Talent Sourcing Specialist to fuel our high-octane IT Infra recruitment engine.

As a crucial member of our team, you'll be responsible for building world-class teams in one of the fastest-growing segments in tech hiring.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for large-scale IT Infra roles
  • Leverage job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top passive talent
  • Craft and maintain robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver results-driven solutions
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
  • Analyze and optimize sourcing performance using data and insights
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume mandates and meet tight deadlines
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on expertise with ATS, sourcing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in IT services, software as a service (SaaS), or tech recruitment is a significant advantage
