Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient database architectures using SQL Server 2016/2019/2022;">
  • Configure and troubleshoot SQL Agent and SSMS;">
  • Develop and maintain database backup and restore strategies, including recovery models and DB maintenance;">
  • Work with CDC and Debezium/Kafka for real-time data synchronization;">
  • Promote optimal performance and query tuning of stored procedures and SQL jobs;">
  • Collaborate on GitLab/GitHub and CI/CD pipeline management using tools like Jenkins;">
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues;">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA;">
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server architecture, SSMS, and SQL Agent;">
  • Practical experience in SQL Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting;">
  • Basic knowledge of Always On Availability Groups;">
  • Proficient in Performance/Query tuning and debugging of stored procedures and SQL jobs;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;">
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends, as required).">
