Senior Identity and Access Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. As an L3 IAM Sailpoint Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the implementation and maintenance of IAM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 3 technical support for IAM and Sailpoint systems in a mission-critical banking environment.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements by designing, architecting, and optimizing OAM + Sailpoint platforms.
  • Lead major incidents and mentor junior teams; produce detailed post-incident reports.
  • Define standards and implement automation using scripts and infrastructure as code.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM, Sailpoint, and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, SWIFT Compliance, capacity planning, disaster recovery/business continuity strategy, and service management tools.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
