Identity and Access Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert to join our team. As an IAM specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of identity and access management principles, proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell, and experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure IAM solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using IAM tools.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest IAM features and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in IAM Domain with minimum 2 years of experience in IAM tools.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IAM certification(s) preferred.
