Key Performance Marketing Strategist

 

  • Determine and execute paid campaign strategies across Meta Ads Manager to drive conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and create targeted campaigns for specific marketing goals.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and formats to maximize ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure optimal performance.
  • Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Implement retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies.
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor competitor ad strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Run A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and targeting.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Meta platform updates, policies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.

About the Job:

This is a full-time remote position for a Meta Ads Expert. The ideal candidate will expand the client's brand presence by identifying the target audience for distributing marketing content. They will create and implement a performance marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to acquire new customers.
