Digital Marketing Specialist

This role involves overseeing and executing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing these campaigns to achieve the desired ROI.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive measurable results
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement
- Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals with overall business objectives
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and report campaign performance regularly
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data
- Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel
- Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills
- Good communication and project management abilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools
