We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive to oversee the daily operations of our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ad Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, scale, and optimize daily Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Ad Creative Development: Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and placements to engage target audiences.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to inform optimization decisions.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policy changes to remain competitive.
Requirements:
  • Meta Ads Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in executing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Campaign Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
  • Data Analysis: Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Communication: Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Industry Verticals: Experience in gaming / iGaming / entertainment verticals is a significant advantage.
