Job Summary

  • This is a key leadership role for our finance team, driving strategic and operational excellence in finance functions.

We are looking for an experienced financial professional to lead and manage all aspects of finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in compliance, financial modeling, event cost controls, and leadership skills to drive process improvement and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning.
  • Lead and manage accounts, payables/receivables, cost control, revenue optimization, and internal controls.
  • Analyze P&L, cash flows, and operational metrics specific to events.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with regulations; coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.
  • Implement financial best practices and ERP systems.
  • Partner with operations and sales teams to plan profitable events.
  • Mentor and supervise the finance team.
  • Manage vendor contracts and payment cycles.
  • Conduct variance analysis and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent experience in hospitality/events.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of overall finance experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, compliance, MIS, financial modeling, event cost controls.
  • Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or hospitality ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and process orientation.
