About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in our recruitment process for aviation ground handling services at Hyderabad Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Execution & Process Management
  • We are looking for a highly skilled individual to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and support roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Candidates should have strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating interview scheduling, assessments, and selection processes.
  • A key requirement is ensuring compliance with aviation regulatory requirements including background checks and security clearances.
  • Workforce Planning & Coordination
  • The ideal candidate will assist in forecasting hiring needs based on operational schedules and seasonal trends.
  • Collaboration with HRBPs and station managers is crucial to align recruitment efforts with workforce plans.
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and updating hiring status regularly is also required.
  • Candidate Experience & Engagement
  • The role involves ensuring smooth candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Supporting onboarding processes and gathering feedback to improve candidate experience is essential.
  • Participating in employer branding activities and job fairs to attract talent is a must.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
  • Liaising with external recruitment partners and vendors for sourcing and compliance is also required.
  • Supporting the Head – TA in reporting and stakeholder updates is an added responsibility.
  • Technology & Reporting
  • The ideal candidate will utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and job postings.
  • Generating basic recruitment reports and dashboards for internal review is a requirement.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools is also essential.
  • Compliance & Inclusion
  • The successful candidate will ensure recruitment practices adhere to labor laws, aviation safety standards, and internal policies.
  • Promoting inclusive hiring practices and supporting diversity initiatives is a must.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or operational environments.
  • Exposure to aviation, logistics, or similar industries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with recruitment compliance and security clearance processes is preferred.

  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and job boards.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
