Job Title: Trade Processing & Support Specialist

Bangalore-based position requires 5+ years of experience.

Position Purpose

This role involves monitoring and managing Corporate Actions across global positions to ensure efficient processes, timely notifications, accurate bookings, and effective reconciliation while minimizing operational and market risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scrubbing and setup of Corporate Actions in operating systems (e.g., Picasso).
  • Monitoring Corporate Actions across reliefs and identification of eligible global positions (Settled/Pending trades, SLAB).
  • Following up on events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines to ensure accurate notifications and bookings in general books and recording systems (e.g., Calypso, Power, Picasso).
  • Managing election process for voluntary events with internal teams, compiling aggregated instructions, and ensuring proper receipt by custodians/agents.
  • Handling all Corporate Action types within the team's scope.
  • Providing regular reporting to hierarchy and contributing proactively in meetings.
Contributing Responsibilities
  • Adhering to compliance rules and mitigating operational/reputational risks.
  • Escalating promptly when operational risks are detected.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with domestic agents, custodians, and other internal departments.
  • Keeping management informed about potential issues or risks.
