Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading risk management activities within the HR function and continuing the journey to embed risk management in all aspects of HR work.

The role includes:

  • Local Risk Assessment assistance (FMEA, PLA, etc)
  • BCM Plan Ownership for India HR Functions
  • Local Issues and Event Identification and Remediation
  • Local Implementation Tasks for Regulatory Changes
  • Local Risk Aggregation and Reporting
  • Identification of Local HR Models
  • Local Audit and Exam support
  • Risk Advisory Support for Local HR

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • To lead on functional and leadership communications, and change management in respect of risk management.
  • To design new risk-related programs of work to address emerging strategic HR risk management issues.
  • To represent risk management and compliance on internal HR projects.
