Data Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Large Language Model (LLM) safety and reliability efforts.

This key position involves designing and building guardrails for prompt injection protection, toxicity/bias detection, and hallucination/jailbreak identification.

You will be responsible for maintaining evaluation frameworks to monitor LLM safety, fairness, and compliance.

  • Design and build LLM guardrails using business synonyms and different phrasing without changing the context.
  • Build and maintain evaluation frameworks using vector databases and embeddings to detect unsafe content or model drift.
  • Develop automated pipelines using Python and SQL to process, tag, and evaluate LLM outputs.
  • Create internal dashboards and visualizations for POCs and internal tools using Streamlit, Dash, or lightweight React/JS.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers and product teams to integrate LLM safety components into production APIs or applications.
  • Stay current with AI safety research, emerging tools, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or LLM-based applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience writing SQL for data exploration or feature engineering.
  • Solid understanding of NLP, deep learning (CNN/RNN/Transformers), and LLM architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, LLM APIs, and vector stores.
  • Familiarity with front-end basics is a plus.
  • Experience with model evaluation, red-teaming, or safety interventions in NLP/LLM systems.
