Job Description

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building and launching multiple AI applications. Your goal will be to create MVPs, test them in the market, and if they show product-market fit, scale them to production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end AI solutions, from idea to working prototype.
  • Experiment with different approaches, frameworks, and models to find the best solution.
  • Ship fast iterations and gather feedback from real users.
  • Iterate quickly and scale the winning solutions to production level.
Required Skills:
  • Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, etc).
  • Experience building and deploying applications, not just models.
  • Curiosity to try new ideas, break things, and learn fast.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high-speed execution, and changing directions when data says so.
  • Ability to work independently and own projects from start to finish.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior work on AI-driven products, side projects, or startups.
  • Knowledge of full stack development for rapid prototyping.
  • Understanding of GTM strategies and how technology connects to business outcomes.
