Job Title: AI Innovation Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic innovation in our artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) roadmap.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement using data science to redefine how people find love and enhance overall user experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the AI/ML strategy that powers matchmaking platforms, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to improve user satisfaction.
  • Champion the integration of AI and large language models (LLMs) to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize content discovery and enhance overall CX/RX.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support and retention journeys.
  • Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI innovations with business objectives and enhance product development and user satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact business KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI product development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred
