Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned AI Leader to spearhead our AI and GenAI initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of experts in developing and deploying cutting-edge models that drive problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with data scientists to create and fine-tune Generative AI models that translate complex data patterns into actionable insights for business stakeholders. Implement prompt engineering techniques to enhance the relevance and accuracy of these insights.
  • Model Development: Work closely with machine learning engineers to develop advanced LLM, SLM, and RAG-based models, as well as classical machine learning models, to identify root causes and recommend actions in real-time and batch processing scenarios.
  • Reference Architectures: Partner with Technical Architects to evolve frameworks that integrate streaming architectures with batch processing data architectures, enabling connected data and ML pipeline executions in real-time.
  • Client Deployments: Provide guidance on creating automated data pipelines for raw data and engineered features, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for model training and inference. Establish robust MLOps practices, including automated model monitoring and performance benchmarking.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing guidance on best practices in GenAI, AI/ML methodologies, and coding standards. Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and business analysts to align AI solutions with platform goals and user requirements.
Requirements:
  • Profound understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI
  • In-depth knowledge of business problems across various domains
  • Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG-based training, and SLM model development
  • Experience working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases; exposure to Big Data technologies
  • Minimum 12 years of Machine Learning model development and application experience
  • Proven track record in building cloud-based products that implement GenAI and ML modeling as a service
