Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Visionary

The AI Visionary will oversee the development of Large Language Models, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This leadership role requires expertise in NLP, large language models, and cloud-based technologies.

About this Role:

  • Develop the overall architecture for LLMs, defining technical strategy and creating a roadmap to drive business success.
  • Select technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment, focusing on scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Lead integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure, identifying potential technical risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders for cohesive implementation, staying updated with AI advancements and incorporating best practices to improve LLM capabilities.
  • Conduct in-depth research on LLM architectures, including open-source and domain-specific models like GPT, BERT, and FinBERT.

Requirements:

  • Affinity for AI/ML: Deep knowledge in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Technical Leadership: Strong grasp of software architecture, scalability, and security principles.
  • Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Data Architecture: Knowledge of big data technologies, data pipeline design, and data management practices.
  • MLOps: Expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
