AI Solution Developer

We are seeking a skilled developer to create AI-powered solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI search frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows with optimized performance.
  • Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using Azure services.
  • Develop Agentic AI systems for automation and orchestration.
  • Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
Required Skills
  • Expertise in Generative AI architectures (RAG, AI search, Agentic AI).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals.
  • 4+ Years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge.
