We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated machine learning professional to join our team in designing, developing and productionalizing AI applications.

The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating models, training and/or fine tuning them. The individual will also contribute to the development of Gen AI solutions for customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building secure, scalable and performant applications using machine learning techniques.
  • Evaluating and fine-tuning existing machine learning models to improve their performance.
  • Developing and operationalizing machine learning pipelines on cloud platforms such as GCP or equivalent.
  • Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to analyze and preprocess datasets for prompt development.
  • Conducting thorough analysis to evaluate language model responses and iteratively modifying prompts to improve performance.
  • Building and deploying scalable machine learning pipelines involving data warehouses, machine learning platforms, dashboards, and CRM tools.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in designing and building AI applications for customers.
  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience in building secure, scalable and performant applications.
  • Experience with document extraction using AI, conversational AI, vision AI, NLP, or Gen AI.
  • Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, and various machine learning libraries (e.g., XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud or other cloud platforms and their machine learning services.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning or TensorFlow Certified Developer certifications or equivalent.
  • Experience working with one or more public cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with Amazon Lex, Google DialogFlow CX, or Microsoft Copilot Studio for CCAI Agent workflows.
  • Experience with AutoML and vision techniques.
  • Master's degree in statistics, machine learning, or related fields.
