Senior UI UX Designer Job

This role is ideal for individuals who live and breathe user experience.

The Senior UX/UI Designer will have the opportunity to work on top-notch products from smart founders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to understand business goals and develop user personas.
  • Conduct research and create information architecture to lay the foundation for excellent product experiences.
  • Present research findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create wireframes during pre-sales and post-sales phases to help clients understand user journeys.
  • Guide development teams about user journeys and ensure smooth design handoffs.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and obtain client approval.
  • Ensure development teams have necessary design assets.
  • Closely review development builds and provide feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are adhered to.
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in decision-making.
  • Organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick learner, and driven to excel.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for Mobile App Development projects.
  • Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and basic knowledge of app development processes.
  • Ability to innovate and come up with new concepts to help clients.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma and design thinking.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodologies is an asset.
