Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) designer to join our team on a contract basis.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • They will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless user interfaces.
  • The UX designer will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.
  • They will conduct design reviews and ensure usability best practices are applied at every stage.
  • The UX designer will work independently in a remote-first environment, managing time effectively and delivering on deadlines.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX designer.
  • Proven expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping, design systems, collaboration).
  • Strong experience in design systems and component libraries.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (concept to final UI).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with usability testing and user research.
  • Familiarity with handoff tools and developer collaboration.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Contract Details:
  • Type: Contract basis (remote)
