UX Design Team Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX Design Team Lead to join our organization. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end UX design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design, strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies, and proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end UX design process – from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
  • Define and maintain information architecture and UX documentation
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and tech teams to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
  • Manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design
  • Strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience
