Designing Exceptional User Experiences

We're seeking a skilled UX Designer to lead our design process from research and ideation to prototyping and execution.

This role involves designing high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma. You'll also conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders for implementation. Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products.

Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback. Leverage data, research tools, and AI platforms to accelerate workflows.

Monitor UX metrics and continuously improve design outcomes. Stay updated with design trends and contribute to evolving the design strategy.

Key Challenges You Will Solve:
  • Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences.
  • Lead behavioral research across diverse micro-personas.
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and engagement.

Requirements:
  • 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
