Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Partner to join our leadership team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and culture while fostering innovation and growth.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the executive leadership, supporting decision-making, driving cross-functional initiatives, and enabling organizational effectiveness.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute organizational strategy.

Key responsibilities include anticipating challenges, identifying opportunities, and providing data-driven insights for decision-making.

Business & Financial Leadership

The ideal candidate will support P&L oversight with analytical rigor and business acumen.

They will drive efficiency, monitor business performance, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Additionally, they will facilitate collaboration across different business units and build trust and influence across dispersed senior leaders.

Change Management & Digital Transformation

The Strategic Operations Partner will lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance agility and scalability.

They will implement processes and systems that align with our digital-first vision.

Leadership Enablement

This role requires preparing executive presentations, communications, and reports for board and senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.

Other key responsibilities include acting as a cultural integrator, helping navigate nuances across teams, and ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment in internal communication at all levels.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with 3-5 years of experience in leading teams or driving cross-functional initiatives.

Additional requirements include being a digital native, having strong ability to influence without authority, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical skills, deep business acumen, demonstrated strategic thinking and execution capabilities, and maturity to navigate corporate culture.
