We are seeking an experienced Storage Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in storage infrastructure management, with expertise in SAN and NAS environments. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of storage systems, including collaboration with customer support teams, problem-solving and troubleshooting, and maintenance of storage documentation and procedures.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical and technical skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Customer's storage support teams
  • Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting for assigned tasks
  • SUPPORT the design, operation, workflow and issue resolution for the storage infrastructure
  • Maintain systems level maintenance for storage infrastructure
  • Track existing storage usage trending and capacity planning for future growth
  • Maintain storage documentation, procedures and reporting
  • Provide Storage Area Network Configuration and Administration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in handling majority of activities mentioned in the scope above
  • Experience in handling Hitachi storages and Brocade switches infrastructure
  • Exposure to Operations and Management activities on Hitachi Storage(s), Unified compute platforms, various Host O/S including basic cluster management
  • Strong verbal and written communication
