About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert-level support for data storage solutions, including file-level and block-level storage, and server systems.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, providing timely solutions to their inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in enterprise-grade data storage systems, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical acumen.
  • Able to work effectively with clients to resolve technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
