Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of proposals for U.S. federal government contracts, specifically IT-focused projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee proposal creation for federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders for IT projects, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements, develop winning themes, and write compelling proposal sections.
  • Manage proposal timelines and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Compose, edit, and review proposal content for IT solutions, guaranteeing clarity, persuasiveness, and adherence to FAR, DFARS, and IT-specific standards.
  • Coordinate proposal reviews and maintain compliance matrices and IT-focused content libraries.
  • Stay up-to-date with federal acquisition regulations, IT industry trends, and agency-specific IT requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in proposal management/writing for U.S. federal bidding for IT projects.
  • Expertise in federal procurement processes and IT compliance standards.
