Reconciliation and settlements teams play a vital role in the smooth functioning of businesses. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading this team to maintain an effective operating model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reconciliation and settlement related activities to ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Process payments and transactions within pre-set turnaround times.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement plans to capitalize on them.
  • Ensure operational risk is effectively managed in all aspects of payment and settlement functions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience with proven leadership skills.
  • Predominant experience in merchant's settlement and reconciliation of payment Gateway transactions, refunds, cash management, and nostro reconciliation.
  • Graduation from a recognized University with a preferred accounting background.
