Job Title: Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cash management function, you will be responsible for handling margin calls, collateral management, and collateral interest calculations.

In this role, you will perform cash and position reconciliations across multiple products and platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will also execute and monitor internal transfers, oversee payment processing and SWIFT transactions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

You will provide support in FX transactions and related treasury operations, identify process gaps, and contribute to efficiency improvements within the cash management function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about finance and has a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in cash management, treasury, or derivatives operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools; familiarity with treasury/settlement systems is an advantage
