Key Role: Student Conversion Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support the student conversion process, ensuring seamless transitions from application to enrolment.
- Collaborate with regional teams to monitor application progress and address delays.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date application pipeline information.
- Support the progression of applications through the conversion process.
- Work closely with agents and students to collect necessary documents.
- Assess and verify documents at the visa stage, ensuring compliance with regional requirements.
- Communicate deadlines and updates to stakeholders, updating CRM records as necessary.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Experience in overseas education, preferably with CRM software knowledge.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of data statistics tools like pivot tables or v-lookups.
- Experience working or studying abroad.
