Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled structural draftsman to support our team in preparing accurate and detailed models and drawings.

  • The ideal candidate should have strong experience in structural drafting using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools, with a good understanding of construction and detailing standards.
  • A solid knowledge of structural systems and detailing standards is essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate shop drawings and detailed sections based on engineering requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure model consistency.
  • Produce 3D models and drawings that meet engineering specifications.
  • Maintain BIM models and update them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards.
  • Assist in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or other software.
  • Manage drawing revisions and quality control of drafted output.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a structural draftsman, with at least 2 years using BIM/Revit.
  • Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
  • Solid knowledge of structural systems and detailing standards.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
