As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing customer orders and ensuring seamless communication between sales, production, purchasing, and shipping departments.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. This involves coordinating orders with production and logistics teams, addressing customer complaints in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate technical data in our system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Utilize market research and industry trends to identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire new business.
  • Understand Customer Requirements: Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide suitable solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Oversee the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Negotiate Agreements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate commercial and technical agreements with customers.
  • Coordinate Orders: Ensure seamless order management by working closely with production, logistics, and shipping teams.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly to customer complaints, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Review and Maintain Technical Data: Accurately update and maintain technical data in our system, ensuring it remains current and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Solid Technical Background: Possess a Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
