Job Title: Showroom Lead

Job Description:

The Showroom Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail experience centre, ensuring that customer satisfaction meets our high standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

This position involves efficiently managing inventory, coordinating visual merchandising displays, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory levels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting regular audits of stock and samples, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance our showroom's overall appearance and functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 6-12 months of experience in a retail store environment.
  • Prior experience as a store manager or lead in retail is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with store operations, standard operating procedures (SOP), and inventory management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
