Job Description:

As a Management Trainee in Sales and Marketing, you will play an integral support role in the project sales process. Your responsibilities include assisting in lead generation, customer relationship management, documentation, and on-ground sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Assistance: Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads for private and government projects.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in project documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team and document requirements, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Market Mapping: Conduct market visits to understand competitor presence, construction activity, and potential projects.
  • Product Demonstration Support: Assist in planning and executing product demos and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering or any other related field along with an MBA (Marketing) or M.Tech degree. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills are essential for success in this role. You must be able to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
