Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Reporting To: National Sales Coordinator

Language Requirement: Must speak and write English fluently

Notice Period: Immediate

Positions: 1 – Mumbai, 1 – Nashik

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales & Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end sales documentation, dispatch processes, and client coordination. This role ensures smooth operational flow between the sales team, factory, and clients, with a strong focus on documentation accuracy, timely dispatch, and follow-up .

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently while reporting directly to the National Sales Coordinator .

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Consent Letters and share with relevant parties. Draft & send Proforma Invoices to clients accurately and on time. Maintain communication & follow-up with sales parties to ensure order clarity. Coordinate with the factory team to manage dispatch schedules. Monitor & follow up on
