Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Reporting To: National Sales Coordinator

Language Requirement: Must speak and write English fluently

Notice Period: Immediate

Positions: 1 – Mumbai, 1 – Nashik

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales & Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end sales documentation, dispatch processes, and client coordination. This role ensures smooth operational flow between the sales team, factory, and clients, with a strong focus on documentation accuracy, timely dispatch, and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently while reporting directly to the National Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Consent Letters and share with relevant parties.
- Draft & send Proforma Invoices to clients accurately and on time.
- Maintain communication & follow-up with sales parties to ensure order clarity.
- Coordinate with the factory team to manage dispatch schedules.
- Monitor & follow up on payment collections from clients.
- Ensure timely collection of C Forms and maintain compliance.
- Handle business correspondence and letter drafting professionally.
- Prepare & manage Export Invoice documentation and related records.
- Maintain & reconcile sales data with consent documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales operations, dispatch, or export documentation (MANDATORY).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong command of spoken & written English.
- Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Well-groomed professional demeanour.
