We are looking Asst.Manager Sales Operation with top pharma company.
Candidates from Pharma industry prefer.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other business partners to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
- Manage and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of supplies.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the companys Domestic policies, regulations, and compliance requirements. - Support to sales teams by preparing sales forecasts, analyzing sales data, creating reports to assist in decision making.
- Coordinate with SCM teams to ensure that goods are delivered on time and as per purchase order only.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts and customer information.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in domestic markets. - Prepare MIS and share with customers and inform/coordinate with BD team for Troubleshooting. Work with internal teams, such as PPIC, Finance, RA, dispatch to ensure that products and services meet the needs of customers.
- Ensure compliance with domestic regulations and requirements, including obtaining necessary licenses and permits.
- Track of actual RMC/CCPC VS standard to ensure profitability as per plan.
ERP/SAP knowledge is mandatory. - Knowledge of MS office.
