Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from inception to completion. This involves managing project scope, scheduling, and planning, as well as ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of project management, including scheduling, planning, and execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure that projects meet safety and quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to optimize resource allocation and project delivery.
  • Team Development: Develop and manage a team of professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of experience in project management, design, and engineering.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Client Coordination: Understand client requirements and provide need-based meetings to deliver committed projects.
  • Commercial Management: Proactively manage commercial issues with the sales team.
  • Purchase Order Management: Ensure timely dispatch of materials to sites.
  • Project Closure: Smooth handover of projects as per guidelines and timely clearance of observations.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
