As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
The role requires a deep understanding of consumer habits and behavior, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine the product range, define pricing strategies, and optimize assortment and catalogue management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing consumer-centric strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Analyzing complex data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to refine the product range, define pricing strategies, and optimize assortment and catalogue management.
- Defining and executing micro-market pricing strategies to balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Owning Gross Margin targets and influencing direct and indirect cost levers to achieve overall P&L goals.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in category management, PnL ownership, and digital first business models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience with a graduation from a premium business school.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience from FMCG/Foodtech with brand management/NPD roles.
- Customer obsession and a drive to keep improving the customer experience.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and think big.
- Experience in category management/PnL ownership roles in online/offline retail companies.
- Exposure to digital first business models.
