About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Wellness Specialist to lead our mindfulness initiatives. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging mindfulness programs that promote employee well-being and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality mindfulness sessions tailored to corporate employees.
  • Collaborate with our wellness team to integrate mindfulness into holistic wellness offerings.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions to ensure program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote program adoption and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Certified mindfulness instructor with 200-hour or above recognized certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in teaching mindfulness in corporate or group class environments.
  • Strong communication skills to engage diverse groups of employees and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
