Job Overview

We're seeking an accomplished CTO / Tech Lead to spearhead our engineering team's growth. This hands-on role involves leading design, development, and scaling of our messaging platforms.

  • Lead the design, development, and scaling of our SMS/WhatsApp API & campaign platforms.
  • Work closely with the founder to design, build, and scale our messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect high-performance APIs, distributed systems, and database optimization.
  • Ensure 99.9% uptime, security, and cost optimization of infra.
  • Mentor a lean team (backend, frontend, QA).
What We're Looking For
  • 6–8 years in backend/API-heavy systems.
  • Strong coding skills in PHP/MySQL, plus exposure to Node.js/Go/Python.
  • Experience with high-scale messaging, API security, queues, load balancing.
