We redefining education management through a comprehensive SaaS platform designed for tutors and tutoring businesses. Our solution streamlines essential operations from advanced CRM and profile management to standardized test prep, automatic grading, and real-time dashboards.

We require a Senior Technical Architect with hands-on technical depth and a strategic architectural perspective to lead the implementation of observability practices using Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, or OpenTelemetry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document the current platform architecture, identifying bottlenecks and producing a formal Architecture Gap Report.
  • Translate product epics into modular service contracts, data flow diagrams, and scalable system components.
  • Decide and implement optimal architectural patterns, such as monolith vs. microservices, REST vs. event-driven, DB index vs. cache.
  • Drive scalable multi-tenant architecture for user/workspace models and complex permission systems.
