Job Title: Overseas Application Specialist

Designation: Intern-Application Specialist in Study Abroad Division

Location: Noida, Sector 125

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to join our Study Abroad team.

If you're passionate about helping students achieve their dream of studying overseas and have a strong grasp of international admissions processes, this role is made for you.

You'll play a pivotal part in managing the end-to-end application journey for students applying to top universities across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage university applications across multiple countries from initial inquiry to acceptance.
  • Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable programs/universities based on academic merit and potential.
  • Provide guidance on documentation, eligibility, deadlines, and compliance requirements to ensure seamless application process.
  • Assist in drafting Statements of Purpose (SOPs), resumes, Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and academic materials.
  • Ensure accurate uploading of verified documents to CRM/university portals.
  • Liaise with international universities and coordinate with internal teams for a smooth process.
  • Maintain trackers and provide regular reports to management highlighting areas of improvement.
