- Notice Response: Submit detailed responses to tax notices from the government, involving exhaustive case history research, legal analysis, and preparation of appeal submissions.
- Expert Consultancy Services: Provide expert advice on tax deductibility, withholding tax implications, and treaty benefits for overseas payments made by entities.
- Internal Tax Consulting: Analyze tax implications of employee incentives and advise HR and payroll teams on tax-effective structures.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Effectively liaise with external and internal stakeholders to represent the organization on tax-related matters.
