Artificial Intelligence Application Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to join our team and leverage low-code platform expertise to develop cutting-edge internal business applications enriched with AI and intelligent automation.

Your primary focus is to architect, implement, and optimize next-generation internal business applications using Appsmith AI Studio, including LLM integrations and automation features, to deliver smart dashboards, adaptive workflow automations, and agent-based solutions that elevate operational efficiency and business intelligence.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate real business challenges into scalable, LLM-enhanced applications, harnessing RPA methodologies to automate complex, repeatable processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Harness Appsmith AI to deliver sophisticated apps with intuitive natural language querying, smart widget recommendations, and AI-driven actions such as content generation, image recognition, and automated decisioning.
  • Integrate public and private LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Llama3, etc.) to unlock capabilities like text summarization, semantic search, conversational agents, and intelligent data processing.
  • Design complex workflow automations guided by RPA principles, embedding LLMs for adaptive automation including dynamic error handling and process logic.
  • Integrate with diverse data sources (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, REST/GraphQL APIs, SaaS platforms like HubSpot/Twilio) to fuel real-time, AI-informed insights within business apps.
  • Optimize application reliability, scalability, and performance including minimizing LLM latency, ensuring high availability, and adhering to best practices in privacy and data protection.
