Job Description

The core of our success lies in the Opcenter Core & Electronics (Camstar) MES Expert, who plays a pivotal role in planning, designing, configuring, developing, and testing the application. This expert collaborates closely with the operations team to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Siemens Opcenter Core & Electronics (Camstar MES) application to meet evolving business needs.
  • Analyze, design, configure, develop, and test requested functionality in the development environment.
  • Install and configure Opcenter Core & Electronics high availability for uninterrupted performance.
  • Support the operations team to test and accept new changes in the Opcenter test environment.
  • Collaborate with the DBA team to migrate newly developed functionality to the production environment with minimal disruption.
  • Monitor the Opcenter Core & Electronics application to ensure normal operation in the production line.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for key applications.
  • Foster industry-leading practices for Software Development Life Cycle and adhere to company policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for Opcenter Core & Electronics MES projects and support activities.
  • Train junior or new members of the team and users as required.
  • Support analytics efforts.
