Job Title:

A seasoned professional sought for a MES position.

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in WERUM PAS-X installation qualifications and version upgrades in the server-client architecture.
  • Expertise in PAS-X system administration and configuration, preferably based on version 3.1.8, 3.2.1, or 3.30.
  • Configuration of services.
  • Synchronization of users with LDAP/AD.
  • Printing documents.
  • Management of the System Console: Demon Control & Control Data.

(Global profiles, user rights management, signature definitions, system console, master data)

  • Interface with SAP-MES.
  • Import and export of data.
  • Understanding of file exchange mechanisms.
  • Documentation of the system lifecycle, including CS, TRM, risk assessments, IQ test scripts, and change controls.
  • Good technical architecture experience in PAS-X – understanding of the application or web server, database architecture, interfaces, JBoss server log analysis.
  • Experience with MES integration at Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 systems.
  • Expertise in databases – creation of SQL scripts and understanding of DB schema.
  • Troubleshooting of PAS-X related technical issues (e.g., weighing & dispense scale issues, scale integration, printer/scanner issues, KP info analysis).
  • Configuration of IT settings, installation of patches and hot fixes for customizations.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of defects during qualification.
  • Provision of hypercare support for post-go-live issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Installation and troubleshooting of Werum PAS-X applications.
  • Upgrade of WERUM PAS-X installations and versions.
  • Implementation of Werum PAS-X end-to-end.
  • Management of GMBRs, PVL, PMBRs, equipment management, material flow, weigh & dispense, EBR, MBR, and master data.
  • Application of ISA95/S88 standards and practical knowledge in application design, understanding pharma manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts.
  • Agile project management.
  • Werum PAS-X specification, execution, compliance, and performance module.
  • Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
