The Automotive Smart Plant Consultant role involves optimizing manufacturing processes.

This high-profile position requires expertise in MOM and Industry 4.0 concepts to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in production shopfloor.

  • Key responsibilities include conducting MES capability assessments and formulating functional architecture and requirements.
  • Evaluating MES platforms based on fitment across various strategic, financial, and functional pillars.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance production efficiency, quality, and reduce cost.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7-13 years of overall experience in the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MES tools such as Siemens, NEXEED, PTC, or Dassault.
  • Experience with IoT platforms like Insights Hub, Azure, AWS.
  • Excellent data analytics skills to extract insights from production data and make data-driven decisions.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in production management, business management, or a related field.
  • MBA from tier-1 institutes preferred.
  • Proven experience with Battery or EV OEM or consulting industry in Smart Plant vertical.
