As a Team Lead in our Subtitling Coordination team, you will be responsible for people management, growth and development of team members, scheduling and rescheduling work internally, team utilization and performance, and monitoring all projects within your span.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Localization Coordinators.
  • Set clear objectives and ensure each team member aligns with the team's vision.
  • Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues proactively.
  • Liaise and collaborate with the Translator Support team to report linguist pool health and plan for capacity for rare languages.
  • Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.
  • Mentor Subject Matter Experts to bring them up to the next level.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A graduate degree.
  • An excellent command of the English language.
  • Good time management skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A keen interest in the media industry is a plus.
