Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to directly support the Director in delivering marketing programs that align with company and client objectives. This involves collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor and agency management: responsible for managing external partnerships with marketing, PR, and branding agencies.
  • Campaign execution: heavily involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Brand development and lead generation: working on initiatives to build the brand while driving customer acquisition.
  • PR management: handling the company's public relations efforts, including media releases, speaker proposals, and company announcements.
  • Performance reporting: analyzing campaign performance, drawing insights, and adjusting strategy accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or advertising.
  • Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, particularly given the PR and client-facing aspects of the role.
  • Campaign and promotion development: proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
